Join this session to experience a different way to renew, restore and plan for the year ahead. No more punishing resolutions that are destined to fail or forgetting the things that matter! Let’s celebrate and recalibrate together.

What will the session involve?

 When you register, you'll be sent a worksheet to download that you're free to use if you choose to provide prompts either during the session or afterwards.  

I'll be guiding you through some simple practices and discussion to gently look back at the year just gone before helping you to look forward to the year ahead.  

We’ll explore some  gentle movement to bring it all into the body for a more aligned way to get clear.  No movement experience or level of fitness required, this is just to help you to connect your body, mind and intentions..  

There will  also be guided visualisations to support you .  Audio downloads will be available after the session so you can stay connected to your vision and intentions. .

It will be really useful for you to have printed out the worksheet if you plan to use it. You will receive a link to download it after signing up.

It's great if you can prepare yourself a space where you won't be disturbed. You need some space to move around as well as lie down. A yoga mat or similar would be the perfect size.  Have cushions and anything you need to feel comfortable. Perrhaps have a blanket handy and wear comfortable clothes.  

Think of this as a sacred space that's just for you to connect to your desires and release the past.  You can light a candle if that feels good for you. I like to also have an eye pillow or mask and spray a beautiful fragrance, but do whatever feels nourishing for you.
